AML & Fraud Prevention Policy

Last updated September 11, 2026

InstaUEC maintains risk-based controls intended to prevent money laundering, payment fraud, sanctions evasion, and misuse of virtual-goods transactions.

Monitoring and verification

Orders may be screened using transaction, account, device, payment, and behavioral signals. We may request identity or payment verification where risk, value, frequency, or applicable requirements justify it.

Restricted activity

We do not permit stolen payment instruments, third-party payments without authorization, transaction laundering, sanctions evasion, structured purchases intended to avoid checks, or use of the service to conceal proceeds of crime.

Our response

We may pause, reject, cancel, or refund transactions; restrict accounts; preserve relevant records; and report activity when required by law. Security controls and reporting details may remain confidential.
