We want every order to be delivered correctly. Contact support@instauec.com with your order number as soon as an issue occurs.
Before delivery
You may request cancellation before delivery begins. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time may apply.
Failed or incorrect delivery
If we cannot complete delivery, we will offer a replacement attempt or refund for the undelivered amount. Report an incorrect quantity promptly so delivery records can be reviewed.
Completed delivery
Delivered virtual currency is generally non-returnable because it cannot reliably be recovered. This does not affect legal rights for services that were not supplied as described.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied where delivery failed because of an incorrect RSI handle, failure to cooperate, abuse, fraud, or a completed chargeback. We review exceptional circumstances individually.
