These Terms of Service govern your use of InstaUEC and your purchase of Star Citizen aUEC delivery services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
InstaUEC is an independent service that coordinates delivery of virtual in-game currency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloud Imperium Games or Roberts Space Industries. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. You are responsible for providing an accurate RSI handle, maintaining access to your game account, and responding to delivery coordination messages. Never provide us with your game password.
3. Orders and delivery
Prices, quantities, and promotional bonuses are shown before purchase. An order is accepted after successful payment review. Delivery timing is an estimate and can be affected by game availability, maintenance, inventory, security checks, or customer responsiveness.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payment activity, resale intended to deceive others, or any unlawful purpose. We may delay, cancel, or refund orders that present a security or compliance risk.
5. Refunds and liability
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, InstaUEC is not responsible for game publisher actions, game downtime, account restrictions, or indirect losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
